At Vote Solar so much of our time is spent in front of our phones and computers doing policy work that we really appreciate the chance to connect in person with others on the front lines of the growing solar industry. There are two conferences coming up quickly that have us excited for just that reason:
Intersolar North America Conference: San Francisco, CA – July 8-11, 2013
We hope to see you at the Intersolar North America Conference at the InterContinental Hotel, just next door to Intersolar North America Exhibition and SEMICON West. In 50 sessions and workshops Intersolar will address the specific needs for the entire solar energy supply chain. What’s not to love about a show that brings the global solar industry to our backyard here at Vote Solar HQ in San Francisco!? To celebrate the conference’s sixth year in San Francisco, Intersolar is offering a 10% discount to the first 10 Vote Solar supporters who register – just click below to get the deal:

National Clean Energy Summit: Las Vegas, NV – August 13, 2013
Just a month later, we’ll see you in Las Vegas for the National Clean Energy Summit. Hosted by U.S. Senator Harry Reid, this conference brings together national and state leaders from both sides of the aisle to talk about strategies for unleashing our nation’s massive clean energy potential. Now in its sixth year, the day-long event will feature remarks from our new Energy Secretary Dr. Ernest Moniz, Interior Secretary Sally Jewell, Governors from throughout the Western States, and of course Senator Reid himself. It’s always an impressive and inspiring agenda for policy geeks like us.
